How We Use Your Stuff

Pretty straightforward really:

• To actually do the work you hired us for - diagnostics, tuning, restoration, whatever it is
• Sending appointment reminders and service updates (nobody likes a surprise when their car's still in the shop)
• Keeping records for warranty work and future reference
• Occasionally sending out info about new services or special deals - but we're not gonna spam you every week
• Making sure we stay legit with tax stuff and business records

Who Sees Your Info

We're not selling your data to random companies or anything sketchy like that. Here's who might see it:

• Our team - obviously, the techs working on your car need to know what's up
• Parts suppliers - when we're ordering specific components for your build
• Payment processors - they handle the transaction security
• Insurance companies - if there's a claim or something
• Legal folks - only if we're legally required to share it

How Long We Keep Stuff

Once you ask us to stop, we'll remove you from that list. Financial records stick around for tax purposes (CRA rules, not ours).

Kids & Privacy

We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18. If you're bringing in your teenager's first car, we'll need a parent or guardian to handle the paperwork.

Changes to This Policy

If we need to update this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date at the top. For major changes, we might send out an email heads-up to our regular customers.
